We’re incredibly proud to announce that Purple Moose Brewery has achieved SALSA Plus Beer accreditation – a nationally recognised standard that assures our beers are brewed to the very highest levels of quality and safety, from grain to glass.
This milestone has been months in the making and represents a huge collective effort from our dedicated production team. Every process, policy and record has been fine-tuned to meet the strict requirements set by SALSA Plus Beer, a respected industry benchmark developed in association with SIBA (Society of Independent Brewers).
A special mention goes to Gillian, our Health & Safety champion, whose attention to detail and commitment to maintaining robust systems have been instrumental in reaching this achievement. Her work has ensured that every aspect of our brewery’s operations – from ingredient handling to packaging – meets the highest possible standards. 🙌
