Thank you for visiting and shopping at Purple Moose Brewery Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
WE REGRET THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK MAINLAND. Any orders received from outside UK Mainland will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
Shipment processing time
Purple Moose Brewery aim to ship all orders within two working days of receipt of order. The courier service used is 48 hours. Please allow 4 full business days for your order to arrive. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Bank Holidays: Leading up to a bank holiday, orders are processed up until 2pm Thursday prior to the bank holiday, and won't resume processing until the Tuesday after the bank holiday.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once we have processed and packaged your order, you will receive an automated email from us confirming this. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (usually from APC Overnight (our usual courier)), this email should include your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Purple Moose Brewery Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We currently do not ship outside the U.K.
All customers are required to inspect their order before accepting delivery. If there is any visible damage to the outer packaging, please ask the courier to wait while you open the parcel to check the condition of the contents. If any items are found to be damaged, or missing, you must refuse the delivery and report the issue to us immediately (shop@purplemoose.co.uk).
Unfortunately, if you accept a damaged delivery, we are unable to make a successful claim with the courier and therefore cannot offer a replacement or refund. By accepting the delivery, you acknowledge that the goods were received in good condition. We are unable to accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier's documentation.
If you know you won’t be home at the time of delivery, our courier (APC Overnight) offers the option to have your parcel left in a location you choose (often called “Leave in a safe place”). This option is not enabled by default and must be requested directly by you.
Please note: if you choose this option, the parcel is left at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur once the courier has delivered it to the nominated location. We therefore recommend considering carefully whether this is suitable before selecting it.
