Terms and Conditions for Purple Moose Brewery Giveaway: "Win a Year’s Supply of Beer"

1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Purple Moose Brewery, located in Porthmadog, North Wales.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK mainland residents only.
• Participants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of Purple Moose Brewery and their immediate family members are not eligible in the prize draw.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the questionnaire provided via the designated link or platform, nominating an outlet where Purple Moose Brewery's beer could potentially be supplied.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the giveaway.

4. Giveaway Period

• Entries will be accepted from the launch date until 11:59 PM (GMT) on Sunday, 5th January 2025.
• Late submissions will not be considered.

5. The Prize

• The prize is one case of 12 beers (chosen by the winner from Purple Moose Brewery’s range) delivered every month for 12 consecutive months starting February 2025.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Delivery is limited to UK mainland addresses.

6. Winner Selection

• All valid entries will be exported into a CSV file, and a winner will be selected at random using Google Random Number Generator during the week commencing 6th January 2025.
• The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Conditions of Participation

• By entering the giveaway, participants confirm they are aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required to claim the prize.
• The winner agrees to provide a delivery address for the prize and allow Purple Moose Brewery to use their first name and general location (e.g., "John from Manchester") for promotional purposes.

8. Data Protection

• Personal data provided during entry will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway.
• Data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent, except where required for prize delivery.

9. General Terms

• Purple Moose Brewery reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or acts fraudulently.
• Purple Moose Brewery reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
• The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Purple Moose Brewery accepts no responsibility for incomplete or misdirected entries due to technical issues.
• The organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
